So I got my M37S a few months ago. Love the car. I got it in California, so it came with summer tires. I live in Washington state so this is a little bit of a problem. So I'm looking for recommendations for tires. I would like something a little more all season. Sporty, but quite if possible.

Continental DWS have consistently good reviews for dry, wet, and snow traction. I would look into those for all-seasons. Do you get a lot of snow? Would it be worth getting a dedicated summer set and a dedicated winter set?

We get very little snow and for those days I have a truck I would drive.

If you have a truck for snow days, that happen very few throughout the year, then a summer tire will be more than capable (and better suited) to handle wet roads. I guess I'm not sure what you're looking for in a tire? What do you have now?

I have those tires, but my understanding is that they are summer tires.

I am currently on Hankook Ventus V12 EVO2. But as a summer tire, my understanding is that they lose grip as the temperatures get closer and closer to freezing. While we don't get much snow it does get cold. Sometimes really cold. I am looking for some tires that can handle that and rain better.

Summer tires are only good down to between 40-50F. If you run them for prolonged periods of time, the sidewall is prone cracking, with possible blowout below subfreezing (32F) temperatures. If you have a second vehicle, I would suggest a UHP All-season or a dedicated summer tire. I'm not a fan of all-season tires myself, so I would lean towards the most "summery" tire I could find, especially if I have a second vehicle.

I personally don't care for Hankook Ventus V12s. On both my G (when I had it) and my wife's 328i, which we have, they tend to lose grip on wet pavement. The price is right, but they leave a lot to be desired.

I just got BFGoodridge Gforce sport comp2 put on mine (UHP AS). Too early to comment, but I'm no sure if I like the look. It has an aggressive tread pattern, that stands out along the outside edge which gives it somewhat truck-like appearance. They are the number 1 TireRack rated tire (all season) for our car, so I hope for some good performance....
