Hi... I have noticed my DVD player will play the sound but not the Video even when the car is stopped... is this a version issue? Because I am in Hong Kong and they just started selling Infiniti Cars not too long ago and we get the Euro Version... currently my car say I am somewhere in Germany.... is there anyway to unlock it or is it locked by the dealer? Thx in advance..

Stopped in park or stopped in park WITH the foot brake/parking brake engaged? I think there is a safety feature requiring the parking brake to be engaged to watch dvd.

Even with parking brake enagaged and foot on normal foot brake... still dun work..

to this point, I haven't even tried to watch a video in my 11M37S, will look into this next time I'm home

I believe the car has to be in park as well. Once its in gear, its considered in motion. There is a bypass you can get. I just picked one up for less than $150. Even though its a direct plug n play I'm a little worried about trying to mess with it. I scratched my BMW interior bad the last time I did something like this.
