M37 Sound going In/Out & Brake Light Flashing under hard Acc

Good day fellas

Has any one had any issues with the sound from the Audio system going In/Out? The problem with my car started a few days ago, and I initially thought that it was my iPod acting up. But i switched over to satellite radio and there was no sound there either. Nor for the standard radio. About 15 minutes later, sitting at a red light, it just starts to emitt sound again. But a half mile later it dies back out. Since then, it has been hit and miss. So far, I do not think it caused by bumps or road imperfections, because it has went from (no sound to sound) while simply slowing down or accelerating from a red light..
I did make an appt. to have the car looked at on Monday. I was tempted to just drive it in, but I resisted, the urge just settled for an appt. BTW... no electronic mods installed, except a set of Osram Night Breakers, that were added 6 or 7 months ago, along with some LED's for the rear tag light. So, I haven't touched any wires that could cause a short.


And another issue, or question I have. Under hard acceleration, (without applying brakes) I have noticed that the brake light indicator will rapidly flash on my dash. Is this normal? It has caught my eye a few times. However everything seems fine under normal acceleration, and no indicator is flashing. Is this normal????

What's up man, never heard of this before and have not had these issues in my whip, first thought would be, maybe a wire might be loose in the back of the head unit or going to one of the speakers, or there could be a short somewhere, sound strange but stranger things have happened before. Glad you made the appt to have her checked out. Keep us posted so we all can be on the lookout for this man

On the brake light under hard acceleration, the dealership topped off the brake fluid. Fixed the problem.

For me, nothing has happened on the brake issue yet. The dealer installed a new radio, but i'm still having intermittent issues of no sound.

Did they keep your car and give you a loaner so they can fix this issue? they could be overlooking something very small. Keep at them bruh and keep us posted

idk if you have the car anymore my dude, but that radio issue is apparently common. the head unit and harness have to be replaced. some techs talking about it on other forums
