M37 - Rear Seat fold down?

In what years and models of the M37 does the rear seat fold dowm?

Why? I carry a big dog. She needs that flat carpeted surface for holding on in the corners.

We have dogs, Our back seat won't fold down either. But here's our solution...

I got an old foam mattress ($25 off Craigslist) from which I cut out 2 big hunks of foam that fill the rear kneewells (1 hunk per side), plus 2 little (8") triangular hunks to fill each rear seat's corner curve. The big hunks are rectangular-ish, but follow the contours of the kneewells. The foam hunks are tall enough to be level with the back seat, but don't block the rear A/C vents.

So the entire area behind the front seats is a flat expanse for the dogs. We cover it all with a large sheepskin (initially was a rug). Also, each foam hunk can be removed (& thrown into trunk) when we have human rear seat passenger(s). We've had this in place for many years & many dogs. Works very well for us.
