m37 problems

got a p0011 code ,and cant figure out the problem ,galley gaskets were replaced few months ago ,oil has been changed on a regular .timing over advanced ,any one have a wiring diagram for a 2011 m37 ,i dont think my solenoids are working ,i dont seem to be getting ground to them ,need to know what pin out ecm controls vvt solenoids,any help would be greatly appreciated

car drives fine under normal acceleration but when u try to go over 2500 it spits and spudders until u ease off throttle some.

The IVT's are driven ground side by the ECM and should have constant power on the high side wire.

With switch on I have power on both sensors but I have no ground with switch on or with car running, thanks for diagram

You'll only get a ground from the ECM with it running, and then it won't be a ground, it will be a PWM signal that varies with the phaser position the ECM is targeting. They usually won't be active at all with a DTC present, so you probably need to clear the code and recheck.

ok that sounds right but why do i get a ground signal on the hot side of terminal when car is off should it be like that ,

if i turn car off and unplug both solenoids and check the terminals with test light ,im getting ground on all terminal if that makes since

The IVT supply is off the ECM Relay and the same circuit drives a lot of parallel loads which aren't switched, including the ECM itself. Unswitched power loads look like a ground when the power is switched off, but you're really looking at the parallel resistances of all the loads in the circuit. For a 10A circuit that can be as low as 1.2 ohms, but it isn't really ground, just a very low resistance.
