M37- No Trunk Light; no 12v at plug. (All other interior lights work)

My trunk light suddenly stopped working. Bulb and fixture are good, I put multimeter on the connector pin sockets and 12v is no longer coming down the wire.

No visible damage to wires or conduits anywhere.

All interior lights including footwell, courtesy, etc work 100%.

Electric trunk release works and system shows trunk open on the display.

Any ideas what might shut off voltage to the trunk light, other than a hidden broken wire? Thanks

Peel back the rubber boot on the trunk umbilical. Nissan has never used superflex wire in any of their trunk wiring, and fatigue failure in the flexed portion of the wire bundles is pretty common as cars get old.
