M37 Exhaust Options

Is there anyone that know that benefits of a Stillen Exhaust and an ARK Exhaust? Could someone tell which exhaust is better or are they the same. I'm going to purchase and exhaust in the next week or so and I want to make the best purchase possible. Could someone help me here?
