M37 carpet mat clip keeps popping out

Hi. I am posting 3 Questions about my M today. 1). Every other day I notice my rear carpet pad is bunched up and the retaining hook/ clip on one side or the other has popped out. Each is in perfect shape and snaps back in, but they pop out when someone pushes on the carpet to exit the car. Any tricks to keep these in? Thanks.

Hmmm ... maybe a bit of Blu Tack (http://www.amazon.com/Bostik-Blu-Tack-B ... B0006DPMSG) under the carpet might help? RIght near the retaining hook?

It might be just enough to keep the carpet from sliding ...
