M37 a/c

I recently got the 2k13 M37. The 2 passenger side and rear vents will not pass cool air. Any ideas?

Does that side provide heat?

check that vents are open on passenger side?? may be check the climate settings menu

Sounds like an issue with one or more of the blend doors, or "Mode Door" as Infiniti calls them. They blend warm and cold air, and direct flow from defrost, dash, and floor vents. They may be unplugged, or one of the motors may have failed. Basically, it probably will need to be troubleshot using factory information.

Thank you for your insight. Yes, the vents are open when I'm checking for the a/c and they do provide heat. Maybe there's a separate fuse for the modern door.?

You don't have the system in "Dual" mode do you?
