M35X steering stabilizer

Has anyone tried to put a Steering stabilizer on the M35X. I am not a mechanic so does anyone know if you can actually put one on. Or does anyone even make an after market stabilizer kit for the Infiniti M35x cars. I use to always put them on my 4x4 trucks when I would lift them. I also have them on all of the sportbikes that I have. I wonder if this would fix some of our crazy steering problems for now.
