M35x shock/strut mount help

I’ve been told that I need front shock/strut mounts and I went online and ordered them. When they came in they didn’t have the bushing/bearing that sits on top. My mechanic said I need that, but I can’t find this part for the AWD.

Does it really matter AWD vs non?

Any help on where to find this would be great
