M35x multi-CD loading question

On my new M35x, I have the Nav, Tech, and Advanced Tech packages. The dealer was nice enough to let me play with an M35x for the night as they were getting mine ready. It had the Nav, but not the Advanced Tech.

On it's CD player, there was a load button on the left, and an eject on the right. Mine does not have the load button. Being Sunday, I can't call the dealer and ask about this, and I only find reference to the load button in the manual.

I know I'm missing something, but what? Any help appreciated!
