m35x intelligent key

hi guys!
recently picked up nice 2009 infiniti m35x.(coming from infiniti i30, nissan maxima in the past)
like it!!! but with my luck yesterday drop one of my intelligent key in elevator shaft.(using spare key right now).
want to get just in case one more intelligent key .was looking on ebay and found the same fcc id:cwtwbu735 but for some reason even if fcc match , listing description says it is not compatible with m35 (only with maxima and sentra).so my first question is:
is it true that the same fcc from maxima or sentra will not work for infiniti?
how many keys can i programm ?

I would imagine it would be okay but I'd simply call the dealer and verify. The parts guys will know.

Go to the superintendent of the building and explain the situation to him. Most likely he can access the floor of the shaft & retrieve your key.
