Just search on Treo and bluetooth and so forth in this forum and you'll find many many answers. A preview of some of what you'll find: Verizon 650's have some problems. (Verizon 700's apparently are fine, and at least some other carriers' 650's also are fine, it all depends on the particular carrier's modifications to the phone's bluetooth software.) The basic problem is that once "discovered" the Verizon 650 stays connected for only about ten seconds unless it is engaged in a call. This means that answering the phone through the car works fine and controlling calls initially placed through the phone itself and automatically handed-off to the car also work without problem. However placing calls from the car itself is a pain. First you have to force a rediscovery of the phone by hitting the dash phone button . Then once the discovered message displays, you have about a count of ten to send the phone a complete dial command or else it will just just drop the bluetooth link again. In a practical sense, this means using voice tags if you want to dial through the car. This is apparently a problem with the phone and not the car - various different car sites' bluetooth pages omit the Verizon 650 from their compatibility lists.
