M35H engine # location

Can anyone tell me how to locate\find the engine number location on the m35h?

Car: 2011 M56x but I spend a lot of time on my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S. Former owner of a 2007 M35x. Also take care of my wife's 2016 QX60.

Usually on the firewall or on the strut towers/wheel well.

It might be, that I don't know. I've never pulled an engine, etc. but I imagine it would be. Not sure if this is covered in the FSM (factory service manual) but you can get that from my FAQ link in my signature.
