So I was sitting in my car at lunch time and decided to open the windows a little and pushed the start button to engage the accessories... problem was I forgot to push it again and 35 minutes later the car would not start to close the windows :-(

I was able to jump it and then drove it for 15 minutes etc. but now I have dash lights on for Brake System Warning, VDC, Security Indicator and Intelligent Brake Assist??? How do I wipe them out?

Thanks

Sorry it was not the Security Indicator but the Direct Response Hybrid System Warning light. The car ran fine and engaged between combustion & electric motors as usual

Never been in a hybrid so this is a stab in the dark...but maybe disconnecting the battery overnight will clear those codes? I'd put the battery a trickle charger if possible to while it's out just in case.

Hi Ilya,

All worked out, the next day I started it the warning lights were gone and all back to normal. Just waiting for spring now :-)
