I have a 2007 Nissan M35 and am currently extremely pissed at Nissan/Infiniti. Turns out, despite the fact that they advertise that the Treo 700W is compatible with the M35, and despite the fact that their salesperson parotted that "fact" to me, its not compatible. There is a known bug (known for at least 6 months) with the treo bluetooth software that intermittently causes the entire Nav system (including radio, AC, info, etc...) to lock up. The radio stops playing, and none of the buttons on the center console (everything above the in dash cd slot) work (the buttons on the steering wheel don't work either). Infiniti, and my dealer (Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys, CA) were extraordinarily unhelpful and downright rude about it. They told me that I could either get a new phone or stop using bluetooth. I explained either option involved me suffering a loss -- loss of functionality or loss of $$ for having to buy a new phone. They basically said tough luck, if Infiniti ever comes out with a patch, we will let you know.
So, anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions for how to deal with Infiniti? Despite the fact that I love the car, I am tempted to lemon law it.
Andrew
