M35 NAV system

Does the M35 Navigation system have a lockout (like on the Lexus GS350) that prevents you (or your passenger) from performing certain functions (like entering a new address) while driving?

it should, like putting the car in reverse while going forward.

Yes it has a lock out that prevents you from doing that with the manual keyboard, however you can do almost anything useing the voice recognition, including (but limited to) entering a US destination address while driving... this does not work for Canadian address...tk
