m35 injen intake

i just purchased a injen intake for my 2007 m35, i'm just wondering is it hard to install and does it make a difference with the cold air intake and short ram? i always had short ram never really experience with the cold air... any of you guys have this intake can tell me how are the sound and what you feel out of this intake?
