M35 handle fit G37?

Saw a Japanese mod where someone replaced their CKV36/370GT/Skyline (G37 coupe) exterior door handles with a set from the Fuga (M35).

I want to know if the M35 exterior handles are, in fact, the same size as the G37's and a direct swap (given they may be the same dimensions), or was further modification done on the G37 owner's part to make it work?

I don't recall anyone here doing this mod and I've been here for quite a few years. What you may be able to do is use a parts site such as infinitipartsusa.com to compare the part numbers. Car manufacturers often will re-use parts across multiple vehicle lines to save cost.
