M35 Drivers front weather strip

My 2006 M35 Drivers front weather strip has deteriorated so much that chunks are starting to come out of it. I have been looking for one for over 3 months. The dealer wants $150 for it and infiniti parts online wants 141. Do you guys know any other place where I can find it

I tried to find one just now and I was not successful either. However, I was able to find weather stripping with what appears to be the same basic design - just not pre-sized to fit any particular car door. I'm sure you considered this other otpion, but in case you haven't, here is 13ft of what appears will do the same job:
