M35 dashboard clock went in!!!!

Hi Everybody,

this morning I accidentally pushed in the clock on my Infiniti M35 dashboard.Any ideas how to bring it out and set it on the dashboard?Do I have to remove the dashboard in order to set it?????????I want to try my self to fix it before I surrender and take it to mechanic....plz help.
