M35 AWD 2006 - Any suggestions on the tires?

I am looking to get new all-season tires for the car and chose the following from tirerack.

245/45ZR18 XL Dunlop SP Sport Signature - $141245/45R18 Yokohama AVID W4S Blackwall - $159

Can anyone tell me which would be the best choice? Any other tires i should consider ?

Bridgestone Serenity's. I replaced the terrible stock Goodyears with a set of these. Fabulous all-season tires! Tramlining has completely disappeared, the car handles so much better, and the road noise has diminished considerably.

No doubt others will have opinions, but I recommend these tires.

If you must insist on all-season tires.

IMHO - Yokohama ADVAN S4. High treadwear rating(so don't just buy on price). I just installed 3K miles ago. They are awesome in EVERY way! No regrets here.
