M35 2007/2008 Pricing--Questions

Hi,

I am going to be purchasing a new car in the enxt 2-4 weeks. The M35 is at the top of the list. Close behind are the RL and GS 350.

I received pricing on a new 2008 with Tech Package for 40741 out the door. Now, I can also get a 2007 M35x 7500 miles with the Navi for 33.5 (this is list price so maybe even less). The used is not certified.

I like the Hard Drive option on the 2008 Navi but I reall hate the dumbed down commands. It looks like in the 07's you can adjust heat/cool and radio stations to specfic temps and station numbers but it looks like in the 08 that has been removed and the command list is ver minimal. Is this the case?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
