M30 suspension

Car: 1990 Infiniti M30

I am working on a 1990 M30 and it needs front lower Control arms because the ball joints are shot. The Infiniti parts are nonexistent but I read that the 240sx lowers will work. Is this true and if so do I need to use anything else to make the swap work?

Can I just use the ball joint from the 240sx?
