M30 oil

Hi everyone

I did the seafoam treatment on my 1990 M30 3 weeks ago and now i want to change the oil, the seafoam has been in the oil the whole time. Which oil is the best to use? and is it bad to have seafoam in the engine for a long period of time (3-4 weeks)? thanks,-morph

It wasnt bad to have it in long, but since the seafoam has evaporated by now you may have minimized your results as much of the varnish you removed via seafoam will have redeposited.generally it is best to get an oil change within a week of putting in a bottle of seafoam.
