Where are the usual nuts and bolts that need to be loosened. All this to change a 4" piece of radiator hose. I see it in the book but I can't get the orientation. I got an idea but don't want to F anything up.

This is what I did so far but still not moving. I loosened what I am pretty sure is the PIVOT BOLT. It is located as you are facing the pulley around 1 o'clock. I then went to the small nut underneath the pump which runs perpindicular to the pivot bolt. I believe i loosened it. I went COUNTER CLOCKWISE. I tried tapping pump with a wood block and a rubber mallet but it won't budge. What did I do wrong or maybe there is another nut or bolt to be loosened ? Alsoin which direction does the pump swivel ?

Needed to loosen 3rd/another bolt which was the main adjuster bolt. It was about 4" lower than the pivot bolt and screws into the block So down about 4 inches and inside about 3".
