m30 gas gauge and temp sensor inop

sooo i just filled her up for the irst time and the gas gauge doesnt work.... any ideas... also the temp sensor doesnt work. n=but i just installed a new one and i used nissan consult to see if it was reading and it is.... could both gauges be broke?

check f31club.com out; there is actually a tech thread about this EXACT problem; and he fixed it on the cheap.
