¿M30 Engine Shaking really bad?

My M30 started to shake on the way to work I was a red Light the car was in drive the engine started to shake and the engine light came on! I turned off the car to see if it was just a fluke, started the engine back up and it did it again. When I drove off to the side it stopped once I put the car in idle it it did it again??? Does any one know what I should look for? I was going to look at the car this weekend maybe something simple just have not yet looked at it.

Only time my j30 shook like that was when a injector gave out.

perform a power balance test to figure out which cylinder is causing the hesitation, i guess it is caused by either spark (spark plug) or gas (injector)
