M30 Covert. Owner ?

Yes.... I'm another M30 owner... I like driving the unpopular... and as Ragtops go - this one has plenty space. Now enough with the justify'n .....

I do not think the Sonar II Suspension system (original equiptment) is working... and from my reading... it's not all that. So I'm thinking of modifications... any suggestions from the Springs to the tires would be appreciated... or I could just service the SOnar. I'm going to keep this one as my Spring Summer fun mobile... so think of me as an enthusiast... Thanks y'all.... :help

You know... I had forgotten all about the sonar suspension! That's going to be a tough one - not too many M30 owners around. I've never heard it discussed either. Do you have a service manual? It might tell you how to test it...

I think I know what you were refering to... Which engines would fit (sans extreme modifications) in a M30 anyway?

i have a M30 conv. as well 1992 just replaced the control arms and feels alot better, still needs struts and springs, any suggestions (toKkiko/iboc ?) what is the sonar suspension?? do u mean the sport switch??

My brother has a 92 m30 that needs new struts. He has the selectable ride control system but would rather replace them with a less expensive alternative. Anyone know of any alternatives?

what is lsd? is this the electric cool aid acid test? what is the sonar suspension??
