M30 coolant leak either 'stat or waterpump

Maybe even the go between hose. Any way to pin point ?

take out fan & clutch and have a look see.

water pump isnt too terrible to replace. just make sure its OEM not ebay or autozone crap.

if you do the pump, you might as well do the hoses, and thermostat 3 birds 1 stone

Hose is definitely bad. Think I Just need to dislodge intermediary pipe (between water pump and radiator) to get hose out. I guess its got a welded on bracket and is bolted on somewhere. Still a hassle.
