I am posting this thread to see if anyone has purchased or even seen this exhaust. I found it on amazon here http://www.amazon.com/Nissan-Altima-Sta ... B00824HT3M and http://www.amazon.com/Nissan-Altima-Cat ... B006P51X0K . It looks like a great deal, but i don't want to purchase a piece of junk. I'm looking at either this or the stillen cat-back exhaust. :gotme

Looks VERY similar to the Top Speed Pro1 exhaust that used to be offered in eBay, similar in price too. A few members have it, hopefully they can chime in.

There aren't really alot of exhausts that I have been able to find for the altima coupe. Only other one is the Borla.

i'm concerned with how the top speed tips look. they kinda look like cannons. on the other hand the borla tips look like they have a pipe inside another pipe? im mainly looking for sound and somthing easy because i will be installing myself. is there anyway i could get a nismo? haha :dblthumb:

DO NOT BUY the Topspeed Pro1 catback. Worst purchase ever!! Fitment is horrible.. There's no point in buying a catback that you are going to have to get hacked up to fit right. You might as well buy a couple of those n1 mufflers and have a shop make you a custom setup. Cheaper and you'll have a set up that doesn't look like some cross eyed dumb @ss rigged up and no scrapping. :dblthumb:

I had something like this one, but the tips needed to be replaced as they were not straight on, and fugly.

It lasted me 3 years before that a$$*** destroyed my rear bumper and muffler. Upon replacement with the Borla axleback, I had the shop put in a custom catback to go with it.

In any case that ebay cat-back is pretty decent stuff. 2.5" exhaust piping, and that resonator helps keep any rasp away. You can listen to the exahust sounds on my youtube links below. My Borla one is there too.

All fro $239. 3 years ago I paid $175. ;) Tips cost me $100 to buy and get welded on. Still came out cheap 1/3 the price for a Nismo or any other brand.

Borla is.. quieter and not as aggressive sounding after I got used to my ebay setup. Does not have rasp at all, but is deeper and really needs revs to be obvious, unlike the ebay one.

You decide.
