M and G rear rotor difference.

So I got a set of EBC rotors of a friend whose daughter incorrectly ordered them for her Nismo 370, which of course has the giant sport style brakes. Having a G and now the M, I'm very familiar with the cars and specifically the brakes. They are all exactly the same in every dimension except one small thing, the parking brake hub. It's about 7.5" on the M and 6.75" on the G.

Doing some research, the M changed at the end of 2011. Mine being a 2012 model but rolled off the line 5/11 might be part of the problem. Anyone else ran across this? I'm about to order some new ones and I'm gonna go for the 2011 model, hopefully those work out.

Consequentially I have a pair of brand new EBR slotted rear rotors if anyone wants to buy them!

I can confirm this - the M37 (Y51 chassis) with Akebono brakes has a larger rear parking brake hub compared to G37/370Z due to weight difference of the cars.

the EBC rear rotors for the M have a part number ending in 7571. the G and Z have 7513

I have an early build 2012, I got the car in June of 2011 and used the USR 7571 rear rotors.

Confirmed. I bought a set of g37s brakes cause they were listed cheaper than m56s brakes abs the rears did not fit. Also selling my rears..lol.

Yep i also made that same mistake a year ago, but after cross referencing part numbers across various online vendors i purchased the correct rear rotors.
