M 30 left-side, low-beam headlight wiring harness

Hello -- I own a '91 Infiniti M 30 coupe. I live on the Eastern shore of Maryland -- in Salisbury; south of Annapolis and west of Ocean City. Dover, DE is not that far away.

Need mechanic who knows about the M 30. It's left-side low-beam headlight will not go on. Bulb is good. Wiring harness going to the bulb connector has no power in the 'hot' wire at the bulb connector. The ground connection is good.

Also, need to have idle rpm turned up a little.

Need good Mechanic somewhere within 50 miles who has some knowledge of the car.

Any suggestions?
