Lumpy Idle only at 1K RPM

Havent been on the forums in awhile havent searched yet dont flame. I have a very rough idling SOHC. Car idles extremely rough at aproximately 1KRpm ONLY. Anything over or under that RPM its fine and smooth. Once warmed up it idles perfectly fine around 750RPM......It feels like it is down on power going through the gears...almost like its only running on 3cyl. Something just isnt right..Ive replaced plugs/wires/cap/rotor.

When it first happend it went away for maybe 3days....drove fine and normal....then all of a sudden went bad, and has been ever since
