I'm using the OEM 18"x 7.5" wheels from a 09 Nissan Altima on my 08 G35 for winter - changed them over yesterday. They are the same size, offset and bolt pattern as the stock 18" on my G35. However, the stock lugnuts have "built-in" washers, and when they are tightened, the washers do not sit against the wheel, which has an indentation around the bolt hole which seems to indicate that the appropriate lugnuts have built-in washers which are either closer to the open end of the lugnut or the lugnut is narrower at that end. Currently, the lugnuts, which are tapered, fit snugly against the wheel, as the bolt holes have corresponding openings re: tapered lugnuts. See the following web page for a picture of the wheels in question -

Two questions: (1) is there a safety issue with using the stock bolts; and (2) If so, anyone know the part number for the bolts that came on the 09 Altima with those wheels? On the latter question, the Nissan dealer I went to looked up the part number, but the one the on-line system provided to him is a bolt without a built-in washer with a tapered end, and he couldn't find any lugnuts in his parts bin that had the built-in washer.
Help would be much appreciated.
