Nissan has used the same lug pattern on heavy RWD cars for 25 years 5 x 114.5 mm [english units 4.5"] important to make sure hub centric @ 66mm.

It is also important to understand that your wheels are hub centric, the center hubs hold the wheel centered in place, the lug nuts hold the wheels to the hubs.

The hubs on aQ45 are 66.1 mm Most Japanese cars are different than the Infiniti / Nissan.

Make sure you buy hub centric spacers, or you will have a vibration.

Each car manufacture uses a different hub centric diameter so all Nissans are the same.
