Probably not. 33s are more in reason with that combo. It'll also depend on rim backspacing. It's likely your Chevy rims only have about 3.5" of back spacing, and I'm not sure what width rim you're running, but you'll have major rubbing issues in front when you turn. You can do some significant trimming, but ultimately, the inner fenderwell itself and the body seam at the rear of the front fender opening becomes an issue - you can only trim so much. 35's are overkill for the IFS and steering as well. If you do the suspension lift and bigger tires, budget for a steering upgrade as part of your lift - if you wheel the truck you'll be breaking tierods without it.
