Good Day to all!
Sorry if this has ever been covered before, could not find the exact info I was seeking in Search. After going through a very rough snowy season this past Winter, I figured I had better get looking for some snow tires for my 2003 M45. Anyway, I just picked up a nice 7-spoke set of 18x8 ASA wheels with Dunlop snow tires mounted on them yesterday from ebay that a gentleman had mounted on his 2005 G35 sport. The wheels have open holes for the lug nuts, so I didn't want to use the stock "open ended" lug nuts from my origional wheels in case they would tend to corrode the bolts from all the road salt.
I have seen quite a few choices on ebay, and can probably pick up a set of 20 chrome closed ended lug nuts for around $30, but I just wanted to make sure the size is right: 12mm diameter x 1.25 mm thread pitch.
Also, wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations as to what brand of lug nuts they have had good luck with, etc.
Thank you for any input you might have, and I am looking forward to making it up my driveway this Winter in 1 try.
