So i got my wheels on the car about 2 week ago, everything went good no problems. I have been driving the car a lot the past few days ( a couple 100+ mile trips) with no problems. Got in the car today and drove about half a mile and the wheels where wobbling all around, got out jacked the car up and snugged them down and turned around to go home.

I got home and started to look at the wheels again and the lugs where already starting to come loss again.

what the hell is going on here?

The wheels are 17x9 + 12 rota grids and the lugs are some s*** autozone acorn lugs ( doesn't look like anything is wrong with them)

Could it be i need to run a hub centric ring on the wheels or what? No one can seem to tell me the right lugs to use with the wheels also...

new wheels need to be re-torqued every 100 miles or so the first few days to properly seat, it looks like the lug chamfers have already been beat to hell which is not a good thing, a hub centric ring will only really help to get rid of a little vibration at this point, i think you need to work those lug seats out a little bit then torque the wheels properly and check every other day of so for a while....

Are you saying all 16 lugnuts get loose, or just one or two? No proper lugs should come loose to the point of the wheel being loose, even with new wheels. If it's just one or two perhaps you have stripped lugs.

You should definitely have a hubcentric ring on there regardless. Also, those AZ lugnuts are some balls, I used to have them and they came loose all the time. Plus, they rust after like a week. Get Muteki, not too expensive and they're great.

Make sure those are the proper lugs for that wheel. Check studs for damage, and use a calibrated torque wrench always.

The centering rings is should have that should be a must have.
