Lug nut thread size question?

I wanted to know if lug nuts with a thread size of 1/2-20 RH in. will fit my S13's studs? I know that the S13's thread size is 12mm x 1.25 but I wanted to know if they would fit.

No fit.The knurl, or base with splines, is the main issue, and 1/2-20 studs are already too large to fit in nissan hubs.

A number of aftermarket wheels don't allow for the larger diameter 1/2-20 studs either.
