lug nut fitting question

I found a great deal on some fn's and i was wondering if I would need to get thinner lug nuts. I'm not sure if the lug and lug wrench would fit in the lug hole in the rim. Anybody have any experience? wheels are 18x9.5 +12 all around

Yes, more than likely you'll need some tuner style lug nuts (spline drive, preferably).
