Thanks! :)

On a beautiful summer day I give full throttle on the highway at only 0.9 bar broke a spark plug and damaged the exhaust valves ...

There were two options: SR20DET or build the CA18DET. :gotme

I live in Cottbus, just 100km from Berlin. I see you live near Nuremberg. There are many 200SX drivers. :)

Thanks guys. I'm waiting, unfortunately, still on the rod ... :squint:

But there were also some new parts: :naughty:

- Recaro Speed (old version)
- R33 GTR Brake-Kit (324x30 discs with YellowStuff pads)
- Yellow Jackets ignition coils

I hope the wait end soon and the engine can be installed and adjusted. I would like to finally drive the car. ;) Unfortunately, the Nurburgring is really far away from me (650 km ~ 400 miles), so I'm moving now on the race tracks all around Berlin.

Finally the engine is finished and it can go on! :) There were problems with the Turbo kit (was for RHD and without ABS) and now I just use a GT2871R for my plans.

Filled with oil and water ... Battery is connected (not connected coils). Engine is started, is assumed to oil-lamp. A little oil topped up.

Ignition coils plugged, set in NIStune Z32 MAF and 700cc and bang, jumped! :)

Another picture of the intake:

The car is tuned at 23.06. :chuckle:

So the car is finally mapped and run very well. :gapteeth: There were a few problems, but these were now resolved gradually. (Silicone hoses slipped from the piping, air mass meter too close to the turbo, boost controller failure, etc.) Currently best time of 100-200 km/h (~60mph- 125mph) is 11.7 s with 1 bar and with no boost controller. Car is tuned to 1.4 bar. ;)

I had problems with the AFM and had to implement it, so I use now a Apexi air filter. Then I installed a Blitz Dual SBC and now I can finally go to 1.4 bar. The car runs really great. :)

Excelent Build Ludi, love those rims and the silver color ( i've a Red S13 euro specs like yours, and my next favorite color is silver).
I plan build like you excelent Dyno results, its real cool see you videos cause' you race with real fast cars like
BMW M3 - Amg Mercedes - RS's Audis - and others so i can see how far (or maybe not ) it's a tunning Ca18det from there i just have the engine rebuild and painted the car, need upgrade the brakes and re-check the engine.

What final gear ratio you have ? Red line ?

The only thing i add to you car is facelift bumper and kouki rear wing. Just keep it clean it's a really shinny body.
Keep goin man + + +

Thank you for the nice words, I really feel glad to hear that! The vehicle could go much faster. The driver is blame, that it does not go faster (currently ...);) A CA18DET engine can made very easily good power. :yesnod

I drive the oem final ratio of 3.9:1. The head could 8000rpm do, but I'm only go to 7000rpm. 2014 I will then go towards 400HP + with redline on 8000upm. :) Yes, I have a VLSD from S14.

On the body of my car, I really want to change anything, the more unassuming looks of the car. ;)

Thanks for reponse, i've the 4.3:1 oem , spools very fast but cruise 130 km/h at 4000 rpm it's really
high for me, i'm studing if i can import some s15 hlsd with 3.69:1
And yes 400hp will be wonderfull but as you know sound easy when i said but...much money,
time and mistakes need to happen to get there for me.

If you don't mind, the rest of your head is oem except cams and gears cams?

Salutes !

The S15 differential has for me a too long final drive - yours would be honest interest. ;) Yes, unfortunately power costs a lot of money. I have installed Tomei valve springs, for high rev. :yesnod
