FWIW, in the past, Lucas oil additives have been shown to be bad for engines, actually. See

Left me a bad impression on them, but I am not sure if it is indicative of what their quality is today though. Or for something like their differential gear oil which is an entirely different product.
Regardless, I think that you would do fine with an easily available synthetic gear oil for the differentials. Like Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Oil 75W-90 (or even 75W-140 too).
It is not like the differential oil gets particularly hot (like engine oil). So, a high-quality synthetic ought to be just fine!
