does the infinity j30 LSD fit on the 240sx with no problems???

Depends what 240sx I would expect...S13 and S14 are different in the rear.

if its a 95/96 j30:s14: yess13: swap rear cover then yes

pre-95 has 5-bolt output shafts, so its a bit more work.
