lsd rear ends

i was at pick apart today there are 2 j30,s and 2 q45's with 5 bolt rear ends in them, the j30s are lsd's but are the q45's i didnt bother checking, does anyone know? there was one j30 with a 6 bolt but someone already took it . oh and can i use the 5 lug spindles on any one of those for a 5 lug conversion???

J30 hubs are pressed into the upright, so no. If you want a J30 VLSD just take a 5 bolt one and the axles to go with it.

Q45's are also VLSD but then you need to get tricky with axles and source down more parts.
