so i am looking to get and lsd for my car but brand new ones seem to be like$1000 so i am going to get one from a junkyard and i hear about using an infiniti j30 or a 300zx exactly what applications will work and what years and are any of them better than others thanks

imo just have yours welded. works great and super cheap.

dont waste your money. $800 will buy you a nice diff, you dont need a grand.

could anyone give me exact directions on how to well it and i will have it done for sure, but i am still curouse about a getting like a j30 from a junkyard heard they only like $200

if this is a daily driver, definatly get the vlsd. itll save u money in the long run on tires. if the car is for the track, weld it up

i dunno but shockdrifting has a weld locd diff for relatively cheap... i dont mean to promote them i just saw the weld loc diff the other day

do a search... please....

make sure you get 6 bolt outputs, or else you need axels, if you get a abs diff, then you can either slide your drivshaft up(which might cause isssues), or swap internals or driveshaft. more info is available, just search

1000 will get you a good lsd, 800 for the lsd, 200 for install. Its worth every penny. If you are too poor, weld it. If you won't do either, you either won't really drift, or you will be one of the few who seriously drift and get pissed when their vlsd overheats and becomes open diff, and then ends up putting down 1000 for a real lsd anyways.

Weld locd from shock drifting YEAH Thats what I rock and it is awesome and so predictable.

were can i buy this weld for? and whats price and also could someone please please give me instructions or a site on how to weld it. i have been looking all over the net and cant find anything anywere thanks peace

Weld locd is on zilvia, do a search there.
