Question about LSD ( <not> TCS)

-Early 2k3 G35's (sedan and Coupe) open diff-2003.5 have LSD-2004 have LSD.

OR is like this?

-2003 open diff-2003.5 open diff-2004 LSD

Any difference between Coupe's and sedan?

2003+ coupes 6MT with performance have LSD

2004+ 6MT sedans have LSD

All other have a "brake LSD" which is computer worked not a differential thing.

Yes and no.

You can upgrade to factory LSD but a cheaper upgrade that is preferred by many, is the KAAZ LSD.

Well under a grand (700 I think) for the LSD plus install.

There is also a NISMO LSD that wil fit I think for $900 for part direct bolt-on.

I bet our sponsors http://www.infinitipartsusa.com/Default2.asp (call + ask for Joe) http://www.nissanwholesaleparts.com/ have at least the NISMO LSD.

They will also have the stock unti I am not sure what (if any) diference there is between the NISMO and the stock unit.

in this thread HERE is a writeup of part numbers and costs to do the stock unit as well as some few pics. If you can get a stock unit for under 200.00 this is a reasonable way to go.

I prefere the kaaz clutch type personally but for 500.00 I can do this cheaper.
