Is the 300zx n/a lsd a clutch type or viscious? and can i use my stock ouptut flanges, or the zx's output flanges???

viscous, No you can't use your flanges and the 300z's have a different bolt pattern for the cv joint.

You would need the output flanges for a limited slip differential. Then of course you would have to set the backlash. The output shafts are getting hard to find and are very expensive. Personally I would wait til someone was selling a complete one.
