OP, this is a topic that's been covered a lot, but I'll give you the info you need.
Cars with ABS have LSDs in the states. On the diff itself, should be an orange sticker (oval shaped) that says 'VLSD'. If you're still uncertain if you have one (say someone swapped it out at some point), you can jack the rear of the car up and spin a wheel. Open diffs will spin the wheels in opposite directions. LSDs will spin them in the same direction.
2.0 LSD refers to clutch style locking differentials. Use google to search how a diff works. I'm not going to exlpain it.
